Does this include the 5% additional-property surcharge? Yes. The calculator applies the 5% surcharge for additional residential properties in England and Northern Ireland (increased from 3% on 31 October 2024). See gov.uk/stamp-duty-land-tax/residential-property-rates.

Does it cover Scotland or Wales? No. Scotland uses Land and Buildings Transaction Tax (revenue.scot) and Wales uses Land Transaction Tax (gov.wales/land-transaction-tax). Use the official calculators for those jurisdictions.
