Where do these templates come from? Every template is sourced directly from GOV.UK or legislation.gov.uk. We link to the original source on each template page so you can verify it hasn't been superseded.

Can I use these templates without a solicitor? The templates themselves are statutory or GOV.UK-published forms. Whether you should use them without legal advice depends on the situation — for contested possession or complex tenancies, take advice.

Are the templates kept up to date? We review them against the GOV.UK source at least quarterly and run an automated drift-monitor that flags changes on the source page. If GOV.UK updates a form, we update the template.
