When does Leeds selective licensing start and who does it cover?

Leeds City Council designated the areas on 3 November 2025 and the requirement applies from 9 February 2026. It covers parts of the Armley, Beeston and Holbeck, Burmantofts and Richmond Hill, Hunslet and Riverside, Gipton and Harehills, and Farnley and Wortley wards.
