Which Newham properties need a licence?

Newham Council's selective licensing designation came into force on 1 June 2023 and covers 22 of the borough's 24 wards, excluding Royal Victoria and Stratford Olympic Park. It ceases after 31 May 2028. Additional HMO licensing covers three or four sharers, mandatory HMO licensing five or more.
