Which licence does a Nottingham rental need?

Nottingham City Council runs three schemes: mandatory HMO, additional HMO and selective. Additional licensing has been citywide since January 2024 for HMOs of three or more people in two or more households. The second selective scheme runs from 1 December 2023 to 30 November 2028.
