What does the possession evidence pack contain? An indexed, time-stamped PDF bundle drawn from your LetSentry data: rent ledger, tenancy communications, deposit protection, gas/electrical certificates, and breach evidence. LetSentry does not certify documents for court — a solicitor should review before you rely on it in a possession claim.

Is this the same as a claim form? No. The pack is supporting evidence. Form N5 (claim for possession) and Form N119 (particulars for rent arrears) are separate forms filed via HMCTS. See gov.uk/possession-claim-online-recover-property.
